Housing and Meals

Are meals provided?

Yes! All meals (21 meals per week) are provided while the GO Year is in session. There are certain break times where participants are expected to be off site. This includes a week-long Thanksgiving break, three weeks for Christmas break, and two weeks before Summer Service Assignments begin. Meals are not provided during those times.

What if I have a special diet?

All special diets will be reasonably accommodated. Any dietary restrictions will need to be communicated with the food service staff prior to a participant's arrival to camp. Additionally, Forest Home's kitchen does not serve or store any products with nuts.
